Functional tests, NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) tests, and road-simulation tests for your wheels. We also run metrology tests and materials analyses for all the other application fields.

Functional tests
Tests to evaluate the wheel resistance or of the components interfacing with it by reproducing the stresses which occur during real use. Have a look at our tests
NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) tests
NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) tests aim to evaluate the influence of structural characteristics of the wheel on the perceived comfort during the driving of the vehicle. Have a look at our tests
Dimensional measurements
Dimensional measurements complete the range of experimental tests (also in dynamic conditions) characterizing the components also from the geometrical point of view. Have a look at our tests
Fatigue Tests

The verification of the fatigue strength of a component is obtained through the application of cyclic loads on it, as described in the manufacturer's technical specifications.
The test is performed on a specific benchequipped with an MTS hydraulic actuator. Depending on the load and constraint conditions required by the technical specification, the tools necessary for conducting the test are designed and built.

Experimental tests to reproduce the operating conditions of the component, with high repeatability and flexibility in the parameters variation (MTS road simulator). Have a look at our tests

Chemical-physical analyses available in several applications useful to evaluate the characteristics of the materials and to integrate the fatigue failures. Have a look at our tests
Homologation package
The Laboratory prepares all the technical reports of the performed tests, supplying the complete technical book required by the homologation procedures and maintaining relations with the certifying bodies. Have a look at our tests
